- Check whether your network connection is working normally.
- Test with common collaboration links such as cloud documents, schedules, meetings, or multidimensional tables.
- Wait a moment and see whether a card preview or label appears in the input box.
Can I manually change the recognized card type?
- The card type is determined automatically from the link format.
- If you do not want to send it as a card, remove the recognized card label or preview first.
- Then enter or paste the content again as plain text.
Where does the sent link card open?
- The destination depends on the original link type.
- A cloud document link usually opens the related document page, and a multidimensional table link usually opens the related table page.
