Where does a conversation appear after I pin it?

  1. After you complete the pin action, return to the left conversation list.
  2. The pinned conversation appears in the pinned area at the top of the sidebar.
  3. You can open that conversation directly from the top area.

How can I tell whether a conversation is already pinned?

  1. Find the target conversation in the conversation list.
  2. Check whether there is a pin icon next to the conversation name.
  3. If the conversation is also shown in the top pinned area, it is currently pinned.

Does pinning or unpinning affect other members?

  1. This action is mainly used to organize your own conversation list view.
  2. Pinning helps you reach important conversations faster in your own workspace.
  3. Whether other members see the same order depends on their own list settings and usage state.
