1. Open a conversation in a new window

Entry: WPS collaboration left conversation list → right-click the target conversation → Open in New Window

  1. Open the WPS collaboration interface.
  2. In the conversation list on the left, find the chat conversation you want to view separately.
  3. Right-click the conversation to open the action menu.
  4. Click Open in New Window.
  5. The selected conversation opens in a separate window.

  4. Check the message input area at the bottom and continue typing if needed.
