Why can’t I find the Open in New Window option?

Make sure you are already in the WPS collaboration interface and can see the conversation list on the left.
Right-click the target conversation instead of only opening it with a normal click.
If the menu does not appear, select the conversation again and try the right-click action once more.

Can I still use the main interface after opening a conversation in a new window?

Yes. The detached conversation opens in a separate window.
The main interface and the conversation list remain available.
