FAQ

Why can’t I find the Open in New Window option?

  1. Make sure you are already in the WPS collaboration interface and can see the conversation list on the left.
  2. Right-click the target conversation instead of only opening it with a normal click.
  3. If the menu does not appear, select the conversation again and try the right-click action once more.

Can I still use the main interface after opening a conversation in a new window?

  1. Yes. The detached conversation opens in a separate window.
  2. The main interface and the conversation list remain available.
  3. You can view the main interface and the detached conversation window at the same time.

What do the buttons in the upper-left corner of the new window do?

  1. Open in Conversation List helps you return to the main interface and locate that conversation.
  2. Mark as Unread marks the current conversation as unread for later follow-up.
  3. Always on Top keeps the current conversation window above other regular windows.
