1. Start a one-on-one voice call
Entry path: Message editor bar → Call button
- Open a WPS collaboration one-on-one chat.
- In the message editor toolbar, click Call.
- In the pop-up options, click Call again.
- Wait for the system to create the voice call and open the call interface.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The call window opens successfully.
- What you can do next: You can see the meeting panel and the bottom toolbar.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in a one-on-one chat, the call entry may not be available.

2. Use the in-call interface
Entry path: Call window → Bottom toolbar
- After the call is connected, enter the meeting panel.
- Check the main display area on the left and confirm that the current speaker avatar is shown normally.
- Check the participant area on the right and confirm the participant list and host label.
- Use the bottom toolbar as needed for full screen, layout, microphone, speaker, camera, recording, sharing, participants, chat, meeting notes, and more options.
- To manage participants, click Participants to open the current participant list and invite more people if needed.
- To manage meeting order, the host can click Mute All in the participant panel.
- To end the call, click End Meeting.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can open the participant panel, chat panel, or other controls normally.
- What you can do next: You can continue sharing, recording, chatting, or ending the meeting.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Clicking End Meeting by mistake will end the current call.

3. Handle a device without a microphone
Entry path: System prompt dialog → Join by QR code
- When the computer does not detect a microphone, check the No microphone detected prompt.
- In the dialog, choose to use the WPS Meeting app to scan the QR code and join, or switch to a computer with a microphone.
- After scanning the code or changing devices, rejoin or continue joining the call.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can enter the call through a mobile device or another computer.
- What you can do next: You can hear the call and send voice normally.
