How-to Guide
1. Open the My Favorites page
Entry path: Left navigation bar → Me → Favorites
- Open WPS Teams.
- In the left navigation bar, click Me to open your personal center.
- In the left panel, click Favorites.
- The right content area displays your saved item list.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The saved item list appears on the right.
- Next action available: You can continue searching or open any saved item.
Tips While Using
- Sign in first so your personal saved content can sync normally.
- If the page does not refresh, check your network connection.
2. Search saved content
Entry path: Favorites page → top search box
- Open the Favorites page first.
- Enter a keyword in the search box at the top.
- The app filters saved items whose name or content matches the keyword.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The list narrows based on the keyword.
- Next action available: You can open the target item directly from the filtered results.
Tips While Using
- Try names, senders, or topic words as keywords.
- If the result set is too small, shorten the keyword and search again.
3. View saved item details
Entry path: Favorites page → saved item
- Open the Favorites page.
- Click any saved item in the list.
- The app jumps to the original content location, such as a chat record, document, schedule, or meeting.
- Continue reviewing or handling the content from that page.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The original content page or location opens successfully.
- Next action available: You can continue reading, editing, or checking the surrounding context.
Tips While Using
- Different saved sources may show different metadata, such as source type, content preview, or saved time.
- If the original content has changed or access is limited, the opened result may differ from what you saved earlier.
