1. Open the chat message settings page

Entry: Enterprise Admin Console → WPS Collaboration → Chat Message Settings

1. Sign in to the enterprise admin console.
2. In the left navigation pane, click WPS Collaboration to expand the collaboration management menu.
3. Click Chat Message Settings to open the settings page.

2. Set the member message recall time limit

Entry: Chat Message Settings → Message Recall Settings → Allow members to recall messages sent within

2. Find the Allow members to recall messages sent within option in the Message Recall Settings area.
3. Select the time limit that fits your management policy.
4. Available preset options include 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour, and 24 hours.

• Next action available: Member recall behavior will follow the selected time range.

Tips While Using

• This setting applies to regular member recall behavior.

3. Turn on unrestricted recall for group owners and group admins

Entry: Chat Message Settings → Message Recall Settings → Allow group owners and group admins to recall any message

1. Open the Chat Message Settings page.
2. Find Allow group owners and group admins to recall any message (not limited by time) in the Message Recall Settings area.
3. Select the checkbox to turn this permission on.
4. Clear the checkbox if you want to turn the permission off later.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The checkbox state matches the current policy.
• Next action available: After it is enabled, group owners and group admins can recall any member message in a group chat.

Tips While Using
