1. Enter Multi-select Mode
Entry: Right-click a message → Multi-select
- In a chat conversation, right-click any message.
- Click Multi-select in the menu.
- Confirm that checkboxes appear next to the messages.
- Select the messages that you want to merge into one favorite.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Checkboxes appear next to messages in the chat.
- Next action available: You can select multiple messages and see the action bar at the bottom.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not right-click a message first, you cannot enter multi-select mode directly.
- Environment note: The current chat needs to contain selectable messages.
2. Merge Selected Messages into Favorites
Entry: Bottom action bar → Merge Favorites
- In multi-select mode, select the messages that you want to organize.
- Check the action bar that appears at the bottom of the page.
- Click Merge Favorites.
- Wait for the success message to appear at the top of the page.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A success message appears at the top.
- Next action available: The selected messages are saved as a merged favorite, and you can return to chat or open the favorites list.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no messages are selected, the merge action cannot be completed.
- Environment note: A normal network connection is required.
3. View the Merged Favorite Result
Entry: Favorites list
- After merging favorites, open the Favorites list.
- Find the newly created merged record in the saved content.
- Click the record to review the merged messages.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new merged favorite record appears in the favorites list.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing saved content or organize more messages.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not open the favorites list after merging, it may seem like the content was not saved.
