- Open the Data Board page.
- Find the start date and end date at the top of the page.
- Select the required time range and review the updated metrics and trend charts in the current tab.
Why are some statistics not displayed?
- Confirm that your account can access the service desk management backend.
- Check whether the service desk already has ticket records, agent handling records, knowledge base usage data, or satisfaction survey results.
- If the selected time range has limited or no records, some statistics may not be fully displayed.
