What views are available in Data Board?

  1. Open the Data Board page.
  2. Review the four main views: Ticket Trends, Agent Efficiency, Knowledge Base Quality, and Satisfaction Survey.
  3. Switch to the tab that matches your current analysis goal.

How do I set the reporting date range in Data Board?

  1. Open the Data Board page.
  2. Find the start date and end date at the top of the page.
  3. Select the required time range and review the updated metrics and trend charts in the current tab.

Why are some statistics not displayed?

  1. Confirm that your account can access the service desk management backend.
  2. Check whether the service desk already has ticket records, agent handling records, knowledge base usage data, or satisfaction survey results.
  3. If the selected time range has limited or no records, some statistics may not be fully displayed.
