Where are newly created files saved by default?

  1. Files created from + New are saved to the current cloud document directory by default.
  2. Before creating a file, confirm the directory you are currently viewing.

Why can’t I see the + New button?

  1. Make sure you are in the cloud documents area instead of a local file list or another page.
  2. Check your network connection and sign-in status.
