1. Open Personal Settings

Entry path: WPS Teams main window → lower-left profile area → Settings

  1. Open WPS Teams.
  2. Click the profile area in the lower-left corner of the main window.
  3. Select Settings from the pop-up menu.
  4. Wait for the settings page to open and review the category list on the left.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the settings page opens and the category list is visible on the left.
  • Next action available: you can continue to Personal Information, Account and Security, Message Notifications, and other categories.

2. View and Update Personal Information

Entry path: Settings → Personal Information

  1. On the settings page, click Personal Information in the left panel.
  2. Review the avatar, name, ID, work status, and department details on the right.
  3. Move the pointer over the avatar area and follow the on-screen prompt to change the avatar.
  4. Enter new text in the Work Status field.
  5. Confirm that the updated status appears in the input area.

3. Manage Account and Security

Entry path: Settings → Account and Security

  1. On the settings page, click Account and Security in the left panel.

  3. Click Go to Account and Security Center to open the related security page.
  4. Click View Signed-in Device List to check devices currently signed in to the account.
  5. Follow the page prompts to manage device sign-in status.

  5. To switch identity, select Add Another Account. To leave the current session, select Sign Out.
