Entry path: Enterprise Admin Console → WPS Collaboration → Navigation Column Configuration
- Sign in to the Enterprise Admin Console.
- In the left navigation area, click WPS Collaboration to expand the collaboration management menu.
- Click Navigation Column Configuration to open the page.

2. Configure desktop navigation
Entry path: Navigation Column Configuration page → Desktop → Edit navigation
- Open the Navigation Column Configuration page and confirm that the Desktop tab is active.
- Edit the top navigation bar as needed.
- Edit external entries in the left sidebar, such as Documents, Calendar, Meetings, Mail, Workspace, My, and Search.
- Configure more-menu entries and avatar menu items as needed.
- Drag icons to adjust grouping and order.

Entry path: Navigation Column Configuration page → Mobile → Edit navigation
- Open the Navigation Column Configuration page.
- Click the Mobile tab to switch to the mobile configuration area.
- Set bottom navigation apps in the main navigation bar.
- Add or adjust commonly used entries in the shortcut area.
- Configure menu items on the My page.
Success Criteria
