1. Open the PST import entry
Entry path: Mail Settings → Mail Tools → Data Sync
- Open WPS Mail.
- Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner to open Mail Settings.
- Select Mail Tools in the left navigation pane.

- Confirm that the Import PST Files button is available.

2. Upload and choose a PST file
Entry path: Data Sync → Import PST Files

- Confirm that the selected file appears in the pending import list.

3. Choose the destination and start the import
Entry path: After upload → Choose destination → Import
- Choose the mailbox address or cloud destination for the imported data.
- Check again that the selected file and destination match your needs.
- Click Import.
- Wait for the upload and import process to finish.
- Check whether the imported mail is available in the selected destination.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The import process finishes, and the imported mail can be viewed in the target mailbox or cloud destination.
