1. Open the PST import entry

Entry path: Mail Settings → Mail Tools → Data Sync

  1. Open WPS Mail.
  2. Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner to open Mail Settings.
  3. Select Mail Tools in the left navigation pane.
  4. Open the Data Sync section.
  5. Confirm that the Import PST Files button is available.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You are on the Data Sync page and can see the PST import entry.
  • Next action available: You can click Import PST Files to continue.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not open Mail Settings first, the Data Sync entry may be hard to find.

2. Upload and choose a PST file

Entry path: Data Sync → Import PST Files

  1. On the Data Sync page, click Import PST Files.
  2. Browse to the local folder that contains your .pst file.

  4. You can also drag the .pst file into the upload area.
  5. Confirm that the selected file appears in the pending import list.

3. Choose the destination and start the import

Entry path: After upload → Choose destination → Import

  1. Choose the mailbox address or cloud destination for the imported data.
  2. Check again that the selected file and destination match your needs.
  3. Click Import.
  4. Wait for the upload and import process to finish.
  5. Check whether the imported mail is available in the selected destination.
