Is there a limit when importing .pst files?

  1. You can upload up to 20 files at the same time.
  2. If you need to import more files, split the work into batches.
  3. After each batch, check the sync result before continuing.

Why can’t I complete the import after selecting a PST file?

  1. Make sure the selected file is a real .pst file rather than another mail or compressed file.
  2. Close any other mail program that may still be using the PST file.
  3. Return to the Data Sync page and try the import again.

What should I check after the import is finished?

  1. Open the target mailbox address or cloud destination and spot-check whether imported mail is visible.
  2. Review whether the mail content looks complete, especially the subject, body, and time information.
  3. If you imported many files, verify them batch by batch so it is easier to identify any problem file.
