Entry: File action button → Document Management → Add Shortcut
- Open the target shared document.
- Click the file action button in the upper-left corner.
- Select Document Management from the drop-down menu.
- Click Add Shortcut.
- Select My Cloud Docs as the target path.
- Click OK to finish.
- Return to the WPS Home page and open My Cloud Docs to check the shortcut icon.

Tips While Using
- Adding a shortcut does not copy the original document.

- Go to My Cloud Docs and confirm that the shortcut has been created.
