1. Add a shortcut to a selected cloud path
Entry path: File Operations → Document Management → Add Shortcut to
- Open the multidimensional table that you want to manage.
- Click the File Operations tab at the top left of the window (the ☰ icon).
- Click Document Management and then Add Shortcut to.
- Select the cloud path where you want to place the shortcut.
- Click OK to finish adding the shortcut in the selected location.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a shortcut entry for the table appears in the target cloud path.
- Next action available: you can open the corresponding multidimensional table from that shortcut.
- No side effect: the original table file location and content stay unchanged.
Tips While Using
- Choose a cloud path that you can access so the shortcut remains usable.
- A shortcut is an access entry and does not replace the original file.
- If the target path has a network issue, the shortcut may not be added successfully.
