1. Remove One Member

Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → Organization Structure → Remove Member

  1. Open the WPS client and click Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. In the left panel, click Contacts.
  3. Open Organization Structure and find the target member in the member list.
  4. Click More above the member list.
  5. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
  6. Handle the enterprise documents and related data under that member as prompted.
  7. After the handover is complete, confirm the deletion again.
  8. After deletion, the member can no longer access enterprise resources.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the target member no longer appears in the current member list.
  • Next action available: the admin can continue adding members, reviewing former employees, or maintaining the organization structure.
  • No side effect: data that has already been handed over does not return to the original member after deletion.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: deleting the member before handling enterprise documents and related data can affect later ownership transfer.
  • Environment note: you need access to the enterprise admin console and a stable network connection.

  1. Open the Organization Structure page.
  2. Select multiple members that you want to remove.
  3. Click More above the member list, then choose Delete.
  4. Confirm the bulk deletion for the selected members.
  5. Review the member list after completion.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: all selected members are removed from the member list together.
  • Next action available: the admin can continue organization maintenance or add new members.
  • No side effect: members that were not selected remain unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: selecting too many users by accident, so review the list before confirming.
  • Environment note: confirm the data handover status for related members before bulk deletion.
