1. Delete a Former Member
Entry point: Admin Console → Directory → Organizational Structure → Former Members → Delete
- Open the WPS 365 client, and on the lower-left side of the home page, click Admin Console.
- In the left-side list, click Directory.
- In the drop-down list, click Organizational Structure.
- Switch to the Former Members page.
- In the former member list, select the member you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button in the upper-right area of the page.
- The system shows a confirmation prompt explaining that the action cannot be undone.
- If the member still has untransferred data, follow the prompt to transfer the data first or permanently delete the member data directly.
- After confirming the details, click OK to complete the deletion.
- After deletion, the member record is removed from the directory.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The target member no longer appears in the Former Members list.
- Next actions: Administrators can continue adding new members or cleaning up other former-member records.
- No side effects: The seat and related quota previously used by that member can be reassigned.
Tips While Using
- This deletion cannot be undone, so confirm the member identity carefully before proceeding.
- If the member still has untransferred data, it is recommended to complete the handover first.
- You need access to the admin console, or the related entry may not be visible.
