About This Feature

Overview

Shared Link is used in the WPS365 admin console to centrally manage sharing links that have already been created across an enterprise. Administrators can search links by file name, time, creator, and team, review details such as permission type and expiration time, and cancel sharing for one or multiple links.

This feature is useful for enterprise document governance, link security reviews, offboarding checks, and team permission cleanup. With centralized link management, administrators can locate externally shared links more quickly and close access points that are no longer needed.

Overall Conclusion
If your team needs a centralized way to review and close document links that have already been shared outside the organization, WPS Shared Link fits that governance workflow well. The other products also support sharing and revoking access, but their official guidance is more focused on single files, single pages, or specific document types.
