Entry path: Client home page lower-left area → Admin Console → Documents and Team → Shared Link Management

  1. Open the WPS365 client.
  2. Click Admin Console in the lower-left area of the client home page.
  3. In the left-side list, click Documents and Team.
  4. In the expanded list, click Shared Link Management.
  • Interface result: The page shows the enterprise shared link management list.
  • Next action available: You can continue to search, view details, or cancel sharing.
  • Permission requirement: Access to the admin console is required.
  • Plan requirement: This feature requires an enterprise plan.
  • Network requirement: Keep the network connection stable when opening the console.

Entry path: Top area or filter area of the Shared Link Management page

  1. Open the Shared Link Management page.
  2. Select conditions such as file name, time, creator, or team as needed.
  3. Run the search and review the matching shared link list.
  • Interface result: The list shows shared links that match the selected conditions.
  • Next action available: You can continue to open details or cancel sharing.
  • Common mistake: Too many filters may narrow the results too much, so it is better to refine the range step by step.

Entry path: Target link item in the Shared Link Management list

  1. Find the target shared link in the search results.
  2. Open the corresponding link details.
  3. Review information such as permission type and expiration time.
  • Interface result: The detailed information for the target link is visible.
  • Next action available: You can decide whether the link should be canceled.
  • Common mistake: Confirm the target file and creator information before taking the next action.

Entry path: Shared Link Management list → Cancel Sharing / Batch Cancel Sharing

  1. In the list, find the shared link that needs to be closed.
  2. To cancel one link, click Cancel Sharing.
  3. To process multiple links, first select the checkboxes in front of multiple files.
  4. Click Batch Cancel Sharing to finish the action.
  • Interface result: The target link is no longer active for sharing, or it is removed from the active shared link list.
  • Next action available: You can continue reviewing other links.
  • No side effect: The file itself is not deleted.
