Can I find all links that have been shared from the enterprise?
- Open Admin Console.
- Go to Documents and Team → Shared Link Management.
- Search by file name, creator, team, or creation time.
- Review the list of sharing links that have been created in the enterprise.
Can other people still access the document after I cancel sharing?
- Find the target link in Shared Link Management.
- Click Cancel Sharing or run Batch Cancel Sharing.
- After the action, the original link becomes invalid immediately.
- The file itself is not deleted, and internal members can still access it through other authorization methods.
Can a canceled sharing link be restored?
- A canceled original link cannot be restored directly.
- If the document needs to be shared again, create a new sharing link.
- Send the new link to the required recipients.
