Why can’t I find the Comments entry?

  1. Make sure you are already in the table view of the Smart Forms table.
  2. Tap the row marker for a specific record.
  3. Look for the Comments tab in the floating menu bar.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, check whether you can access the record and whether your app is updated.

Why can’t other members see my comment?

  1. Confirm that the other person has access to the record or the Smart Forms table.
  2. Make sure the comment was posted successfully and is visible in the comment area.
  3. Ask the other person to refresh their network connection and reopen the record.
  4. If they do not have permission, they need access before they can view the comment.

Can I edit a comment after sending it?

  1. Comments cannot be edited after they are posted.
  2. Open the comment area for the related record.
  3. Find the target comment and tap the ... icon.
  4. Delete the original comment, then send a new one.
