When using Comment History, users usually ask about 3 areas: comment status differences, comment visibility, and how to restore a discussion; this FAQ covers 3 common questions.
FAQ
What is the difference between Comment History and current comments?
- Current comments are active comments that are still under discussion.
- Comment History contains comments that have already been marked as resolved.
- If you need to continue a resolved thread, open Comment History and tap Reopen.
Can deleted comments appear in Comment History?
- Comment History is mainly for comments marked as resolved.
- A comment that has been fully deleted does not continue to appear in Comment History.
- If you need to keep a discussion record, resolving a comment is more suitable than deleting it.
Why can’t I find a recent comment in Comment History?
- First confirm that the comment has already been marked as resolved.
- If the comment is still active, it remains in the current comment flow instead of Comment History.
- Only comments in resolved status appear in the Comment History list.
