FAQ

Why does the paste option not appear after I press and hold?

  1. Make sure you already completed a copy or cut action.
  2. Check whether the place you pressed is an editable cell.
  3. Select the destination cell again and press and hold to reopen the floating menu.

Why did pasting overwrite the original content?

  1. Check whether the destination area already contains data before pasting.
  2. If needed, back up or move the original data first.
  3. Paste again after confirming the target area.

Can I paste only the result value without the original formatting?

  1. Copy the source cell first.
  2. Press and hold the destination cell and look for Paste values only.
  3. Select that option and then confirm the result in the destination cell.

What is the difference between cut and copy?

  1. Copy keeps the original content in place and creates another instance at the destination.
  2. Cut moves the content to a new location after you paste it.
  3. Use copy when you want to keep the original data, and use cut when you want to move it.
