1. Create a Progress Field
Entry: the + button on the right side of the header → field type list → Progress
- Open the target multidimensional table.
- Click the + button on the right side of the header.
- Select Progress from the field type list.
- Enter the field name.
- Click OK to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a new progress field column appears in the table.
- What you can do next: you can enter a percentage or drag the progress bar in cells under this column.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you do not choose Progress from the field type list, the new field will not show a progress bar style.
- Environment note: you need permission to add fields in the current multidimensional table.
2. Set a Progress Value
Entry: target cell → enter a percentage or drag the progress bar
- Click the target cell in the Progress field column.
- Enter a percentage value such as 60%.
- Or drag the progress bar to adjust completion.
- Check whether the fill length changes with the value.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the cell shows a progress bar length that matches the value.
- What you can do next: the value can continue to be used for filtering, grouping, or calculation.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: use a clear percentage value when entering content, and avoid mixing it with unrelated text.
- Environment note: the valid range for the Progress field is 0%–100%.
