1. Create a Progress Field
Entry point: the + button on the right side of the table header → Field Type list → Progress
- Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
- In the field type list, select Progress.
- Enter a field name.
- Click OK to finish creating the field.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: a new Progress field column appears in the table.
- What you can do next: you can enter a percentage in cells under this field or adjust the progress bar directly.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you are not working in the correct editable table, the add-field entry may not be available.
- Environment note: the current table must support adding fields, and you need edit permission.
2. Set a Progress Value
Entry point: target cell → enter a percentage or drag the progress bar
- Click the target cell where you want to set progress.
- Enter a percentage value such as 60%.
- Or drag the progress bar to adjust the completion level.
- Check whether the bar fill updates automatically based on the value.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: the cell shows the matching percentage, and the bar fill length matches the value.
- What you can do next: you can continue editing the value or review records by completion level with filtering and grouping.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: keep the input within a valid percentage range so the display stays correct.
