1. Create a Progress field

Entry: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Progress

1. Tap the table header you want to configure.
2. In the floating toolbar, select Edit.
3. In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
4. Select Progress.
5. Set the field name, then tap Confirm to finish.

Success Criteria

• The table shows a new Progress field column.
• You can continue to enter or adjust progress values in that field.

Tips While Using

• If you do not select the header first, you may not reach the field editing screen.
• You need edit permission for the current table.

2. Enter progress status

Entry: Tap the table header → Edit → Progress field

1. Tap the header of the existing Progress field.
2. In the floating toolbar, select Edit.
3. Enter a value in the Progress field, or drag the progress bar to adjust it.
4. Tap Confirm in the upper-right corner to save the change.

Success Criteria

• The progress bar length and displayed value update to the new result.
• You can continue editing progress in other records.

Tips While Using

• If you leave without confirming, the latest change may not be saved.
• When multiple people edit the same table, keeping a network connection helps sync the latest status.
