Who can publish an announcement?
- Open the target Smart Table data sheet.
- Confirm whether you have management permission or editing permission.
- Open Announcement on the toolbar and publish the content.
In most cases, only the data-sheet manager and collaborators with editing permission can publish or modify an announcement.
Can everyone see the announcement?
- Confirm that the other person already has access to the data sheet.
- Publish the announcement and ask collaborators to reopen the sheet or stay online.
- Check whether the announcement is displayed at the top of the data sheet.
The announcement is visible to collaborators who already have access to the data sheet, including viewers and editors. External users without authorization cannot view the announcement content.
Does the announcement support images or links?
- Open the announcement editing panel.
- Enter the text content or link content that you want to publish.
