Can everyone see the announcement?

  1. The announcement is visible only to collaborators who already have access to the smart table.
  2. Both viewers and editors can see it after they open the related table.
  3. External users without permission cannot view the announcement content.

Does the announcement support images?

  1. The announcement currently supports text and links.
  2. To emphasize key points, you can adjust font style, color, or bold formatting.
  3. Images cannot be inserted directly into the announcement at this time.

Why can't I see the same announcement in another view?

  1. Announcements are independent across different tables and table views.
  2. If you want multiple views to show reminder content, set the announcement separately in each view.
  3. After setting it, return to the target view and confirm that the announcement appears at the top.
