Can everyone see an announcement?

  1. An announcement is visible only to collaborators who already have access permission for the multidimensional table.
  2. Both viewers and editors can read the announcement after opening the related table.
  3. External users without authorization cannot view the announcement content.

Why is the announcement different in another view?
