How can I protect privacy when sharing my screen?
- After you click Share, choose Application Window instead of the full desktop whenever possible.
- Select only the app window you need for the presentation.
- Before you start sharing, confirm that the selected window does not contain unrelated content.
Why can’t participants hear the computer audio I share?
- Before you start sharing, make sure Share computer audio is enabled.
- Check whether the current Mac audio output device is working normally.
- If sharing has already started without audio, stop sharing and start again with the correct option selected.
How do I stop presenting or end annotations after sharing starts?
- Move your pointer to the floating toolbar area in the sharing interface.
- To end markup, switch back to Mouse or use Clear to remove annotation content.
- To end the presentation, click Stop Sharing.
