How can I protect privacy when sharing my screen?

  1. After you click Share, choose Application Window instead of the full desktop whenever possible.
  2. Select only the app window you need for the presentation.
  3. Before you start sharing, confirm that the selected window does not contain unrelated content.

Why can’t participants hear the computer audio I share?

  1. Before you start sharing, make sure Share computer audio is enabled.
  2. Check whether the current Mac audio output device is working normally.
  3. If sharing has already started without audio, stop sharing and start again with the correct option selected.

How do I stop presenting or end annotations after sharing starts?

  1. Move your pointer to the floating toolbar area in the sharing interface.
  2. To end markup, switch back to Mouse or use Clear to remove annotation content.
  3. To end the presentation, click Stop Sharing.
