1. Share a Screen or Window
Entry point: Meeting interface → bottom toolbar → Share
- Join a meeting and click the Share button on the bottom toolbar.
- Select the content type you want to share: desktop or app window.
- Turn on Share computer audio or Improve screen-sharing frame rate if needed.
- Click Confirm to start sharing.
- When you finish, click Stop Sharing on the floating sharing toolbar.

Entry point: Shared screen interface → top floating toolbar → annotation options
- Start screen sharing first.
- On the top floating toolbar, click Annotation Options.
- Choose Mouse, Pen, Highlighter, Eraser, or Clear as needed.
- Mark directly on the shared screen.
- After the explanation, continue sharing or exit the sharing session.
