FAQ
Can new participants still join after I lock the meeting?
- After Lock Meeting is turned on, new participants cannot join the current meeting.
- Participants who are already in the meeting are not removed.
- If you want to allow new participants again, turn off the Lock Meeting switch as the host.
Why can’t I see the Meeting Controls entry?
- Confirm that you joined the meeting as the host.
- Check that the meeting has started normally and that you are in the live meeting interface.
- If the entry still does not appear, rejoin the meeting and confirm that your account permissions are correct.
Can participants unmute themselves after I mute everyone?
- After you click Mute All, check whether Allow participants to unmute themselves is selected.
- If it is selected, participants can turn their microphones back on by themselves.
- If it is not selected, the host will need to manage the speaking order.
How do I assign a presenter or transfer the host during a meeting?
- Open the Meeting Controls panel.
- In the participant management area, choose Assign Presenter or Transfer Host.
- Select the target participant, complete the action, and confirm that the meeting role has updated.
