Why can't I see the Meeting List entry?

  1. Make sure you are signed in with an enterprise account.
  2. Check whether you are a super admin or have been granted meeting management permissions.
  3. If the entry is still unavailable, contact your enterprise admin to confirm your admin permissions.

Can I play meeting recordings directly from Meeting List?

  1. The Meeting List page can show recording status and related recording file information.
  2. This page is not used to play meeting recordings directly.
  3. To review playback or meeting notes, go to the related meeting record entry in WPS Collaboration or WPS Meeting.

Can regular members view the full enterprise meeting list?

  1. No. Meeting List is an admin console feature.
  2. Only super admins and admins with meeting management permissions can view it.
  3. Regular members can review their own meeting-related records from personal meeting record entries.
