1. Open Meeting List
Entry: Admin Console → Meeting → Meeting Management → Meeting List
- Open the WPS 365 client.
- On the home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
- In the left navigation pane, click Meeting to expand the menu.
- Click Meeting Management → Meeting List.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The enterprise meeting list page appears.
- Next step available: You can review fields, apply filters, or export records.
Tips While Using
- Permission note: Only super admins and admins with meeting management permissions can open this page.
- Network note: A stable connection is required to load the admin console.
2. Review meeting details
Entry: Meeting List page
- Open the Meeting List page.
- Review the Meeting Topic for each record.
- Check the Time field for the meeting time and duration.
- Review the Host, Status, and Recording Status fields.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see records for ongoing and ended meetings.
- Next step available: You can continue filtering or exporting based on the displayed fields.
Tips While Using
- The list shows meetings that have already been held.
- Meetings that have not started do not appear in the list.
3. Filter meeting records
Entry: Filter area on the Meeting List page
- Open the Meeting List page.
- Set a Time Range if needed.
- Select or enter a Host, Meeting Topic, or Meeting Code.
- Review the filtered results and confirm that the target record appears.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The list narrows down according to the selected conditions.
- Next step available: You can continue reviewing fields or export the filtered results.
Tips While Using
- It is often easier to start with a time range and then add more conditions.

4. Export meeting records
Entry: Meeting List page → Export
- Open the Meeting List page.
- Apply filters first if needed.
- Click Export.
- Wait for the system to generate the spreadsheet file and save it locally.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The system starts the export and generates a spreadsheet file.
- Next step available: You can open the file locally for archiving or reporting.

- Confirm your filters before exporting so the result set matches your needs.
