1. Start or Stop Recording

Entry: Meeting window → Record

  1. Join or create a meeting.
  2. In the bottom toolbar of the meeting window, click Record to start recording.
  3. When you need to end the current recording segment, click Stop Recording.
  4. If you want to capture another segment later in the meeting, start recording again.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: the meeting enters recording status and you can later stop the current recording segment.
  • What you can do next: continue speaking, sharing content, or start another recording segment later.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if you are not inside the meeting window, the recording entry may not be visible.
  • Environment note: recording and later playback depend on network connectivity and account status.

2. View Recorded Files

Entry: Left sidebar MeetingMeeting History

  1. Open the collaboration client.
  2. Click Meeting in the left sidebar.
  3. In the WPS meeting page, click Meeting History on the left.
  4. Review meetings you started or joined, then open the related playback.

  • On-screen result: you can see the list of historical meeting records.
  • What you can do next: open a specific meeting record and play the recording.
