Where are recorded files saved?

  1. Meeting recordings are stored in WPS cloud space.
  2. Open Meeting from the left sidebar and go to Meeting History.
  3. Find the related meeting record and open the playback there.

Can I pause recording during a meeting?

  1. You can click Stop Recording during the meeting to end the current recording segment.
  2. When you need to continue, click Record again to start a new segment.
  3. After multiple recording segments, the related playback stays under the same meeting history entry for easier review.

Why can’t I see the playback immediately after the meeting ends?

  1. Cloud playback may need some processing time after the meeting ends.
