What information can I see in File Information?
- Open the right-click menu for the target file in the cloud document list.
- Select File Information to open the panel on the right.
- Review the file name, document tags, sharing settings, version history, owner, modified time, created time, file size, and file type.
Can I view file information for local files in the same way?
- Local files can also show file properties, but the entry is different from cloud documents.
- Right-click the local file and select Properties in Windows to review local file details.
- Note that local file properties and the cloud document information panel do not show exactly the same content.
Why does file information sometimes appear incomplete?
- Confirm that you are signed in to your WPS account and that the target file is in the cloud document list.
- Check whether your network connection is working normally.
