What information can I see in File Information?

  1. Open the right-click menu for the target file in the cloud document list.
  2. Select File Information to open the panel on the right.
  3. Review the file name, document tags, sharing settings, version history, owner, modified time, created time, file size, and file type.

Can I view file information for local files in the same way?

  1. Local files can also show file properties, but the entry is different from cloud documents.
  2. Right-click the local file and select Properties in Windows to review local file details.
  3. Note that local file properties and the cloud document information panel do not show exactly the same content.

Why does file information sometimes appear incomplete?

  1. Confirm that you are signed in to your WPS account and that the target file is in the cloud document list.
  2. Check whether your network connection is working normally.
