1. Open File Information
Entry: Cloud document list → Right-click menu → File Information
- Find the target document in the cloud document list.
- Right-click the document.
- Select File Information.
- Review the file details in the panel that opens on the right.

2. Review File Information Details
Entry: File Information panel
- Open the File Information panel for the target file.
- Review the file name.
- Review Document Tags and add tags if needed.
- Review Sharing Settings to check file sharing options.
- Review Version History to check earlier file versions.
- In More Information, review the owner, modified time, created time, file size, and file type.
