Why can't I find the Associated Organization Approval entry?

  1. Confirm that you are signed in with an account that can access the WPS365 admin console.
  2. On the client home page, check whether the Admin Console entry is available in the lower-left area.
  3. After entering the admin console, check whether the Approval Management menu appears in the left-side list.
  4. If the entry is still unavailable, contact your organization administrator to confirm your current permissions.

How can I find the external organization request I need more quickly?

  1. Open the Associated Organization Approval page.
  2. Narrow the list first by processing status, such as pending items.
  3. Then search by company name to locate the target request.
  4. After confirming the correct record, approve or reject it.

Where can I confirm the result after I approve or reject a request?

  1. After completing the action, stay on the current list page and check whether the target record status changes.
