1. Associated Organization Approval

Entry: Admin Console → Approval Management → Associated Organization Approval

1. Open the WPS365 client, and on the client home page click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
2. In the left-side list, find and click Approval Management to expand the menu.
3. In the expanded list, open the Associated Organization Approval tab.
4. Use processing status and company name to quickly filter the request you need.
5. Click Approve or Reject.
6. After submission, the system processes the external organization association request based on your selection.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The Associated Organization Approval page opens and the request list is visible.
• Next action available: You can filter requests and perform approve or reject actions.
