1. Add an administrator
Entry path: Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Administrator Permissions → Add Role
- Open the WPS365 client, and click the admin console entry in the lower-left area of the home page.
- In the left panel, click Enterprise Settings to expand the related options.
- Click Administrator Permissions.
- Click Add Role.
- Select the member who should receive administrator permissions.
- Select the corresponding management permissions.
- Click Confirm to finish the authorization.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a new administrator record appears in the administrator permission list.
- Next action available: you can continue checking the permission scope assigned to that member.
Tips While Using
- Confirm the member's responsibilities before assigning permissions.

2. Remove or adjust administrator permissions
Entry path: Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Administrator Permissions
- Open the WPS365 client and enter the admin console.
- Click Enterprise Settings in the left panel, then open Administrator Permissions.
- Find the administrator account that you want to update.
- Change the permission scope based on current needs, or remove the administrator role.
- Confirm the result and return to the administrator list to check whether the change has taken effect.
