1. Transfer Super Administrator

Entry: Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Administrator Permissions → Super Administrator → Transfer

1. Open the WPS365 client and click Admin Console in the lower-left area of the home page.
2. In the left panel, click Enterprise Settings to expand the related options.
3. Click Administrator Permissions.
4. In the Super Administrator role area, click Transfer.
5. In the pop-up window, select the target member.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete verification.
7. Confirm the action, and the super administrator role is transferred to the target member immediately.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The page shows the target member as the new super administrator.
