FAQ

Does an approved member join the enterprise automatically?

  1. Open the member approval page and locate the target request.
  2. Click Approve to finish the review.
  3. After approval, the member joins the enterprise organization automatically.

Can I view applicant details during review?

  1. Open the management console and go to the member approval page.
  2. Check the request list for details such as the applicant name.
  3. Review the request together with its approval status before making a decision.

Can a user apply again after a request is rejected?

  1. Complete the rejection on the member approval page.
  2. The applicant can submit a new join request later.
  3. Review the new request again when it appears.
