What file format does Export Calendar use?

  1. The exported result is currently an XLSX file.
  2. After export, you can open the file directly in WPS Sheets.

Where can I find the exported file?

  1. During export, choose a local save location first.
  2. After the export is complete, open that folder to find the generated XLSX file.
  3. If you do not find it right away, search by save time or file name clues.

Why can’t I see the Export option?

  1. Make sure you are already in the Calendar page of WPS Teams and that the target calendar is selected.
  2. Try right-clicking the calendar name, or click the ... more button next to the name to open the menu.
  3. If the calendar content has not loaded normally, check your network connection and wait for syncing to finish before trying again.
