FAQ
What file format does Export Calendar use?
- The exported result is currently an XLSX file.
- After export, you can open the file directly in WPS Sheets.
- If you need another format later, you can organize the data in the spreadsheet first and then continue with the target format.
Where can I find the exported file?
- During export, choose a local save location first.
- After the export is complete, open that folder to find the generated XLSX file.
- If you do not find it right away, search by save time or file name clues.
Why can’t I see the Export option?
- Make sure you are already in the Calendar page of WPS Teams and that the target calendar is selected.
- Try right-clicking the calendar name, or click the ... more button next to the name to open the menu.
- If the calendar content has not loaded normally, check your network connection and wait for syncing to finish before trying again.
