Entry: Mail Settings → Mail Tools → Local Archive Management
- Open WPS Mail and click the settings button in the upper-right corner.
- Open Mail Settings.
- In the left navigation pane, select Mail Tools.
- Open Local Archive Management.
- In the local archive folder list, click Create Local Archive Folder.
- Confirm the action and return to the WPS Mail home page.
- After that, archived messages are stored in this local folder.
- If you need to manage the folder later, right-click it and use options such as Delete.

- Next action available: You can select this folder as the target location in archive rules.

2. Set Up Automatic Archive Rules

- In the Automatic Archive Rules area, click Settings.
- Select New Rule.
- Enter the rule name.
- Set the scope to define which messages should be archived locally.
- Set the frequency to define how often the archive action runs.
- Set the earlier than this time condition.
- In Archive to local folder, choose the target folder.
- If needed, select Run once immediately after adding.
- Click Add to apply the automatic archive rule.

- Next action available: Messages can be archived to the selected local folder based on the rule conditions.
