How-to Guide
1. View email folders
Entry: Mail page → left sidebar → folder list
- Open Mail and review the system folder list in the left sidebar.
- The default system folders include Inbox, Unread, Starred, Drafts, Sent, Archived, Deleted, and Spam.
- At the bottom of the folder list, review the My Folders and Labels sections.
- Select any folder to display the messages in that folder on the right.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The left sidebar shows system folders, custom folders, or label sections.
- Next action: After you select a folder, the message list on the right switches to that folder.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not on the Mail home page, the full folder list may not appear.

2. Create a folder
Entry: Mail page → left sidebar → My Folders section
- In the My Folders section, click the plus icon.
- Or right-click My Folders, then click New Folder.
- Enter the folder name and finish creating it.
- Confirm that the new folder appears in the left sidebar.

- Interface result: The new folder appears under My Folders.

Entry: Mail page → left sidebar → right-click a custom folder
- Find the custom folder that you want to manage in the left sidebar.
- Right-click the folder to open the shortcut menu.
- Select Label, Mark All as Read, New Folder, Edit Folder, Delete Folder, or Import Emails as needed.
- To change the order, drag the folder to the target position.
