Can I delete system folders?
- Default system folders such as Inbox, Sent, and Spam are used for fixed email categories.
- These system folders cannot be deleted.
- If you need more organization, create a custom folder or use labels.
Does deleting a custom folder also delete the emails inside it?
- Before deleting a custom folder, confirm whether the messages inside still need to be kept.
- When a folder is deleted, the email data inside that folder is affected as well.
- Move important messages first, then delete the folder.
Why can’t I see My Folders or Labels?
- First confirm that you are on the Mail home page instead of another WPS component page.
- Check whether the left sidebar is fully expanded.
- If the sections still do not appear, confirm that your email account is signed in and synced.
