Can I delete system folders?

  1. Default system folders such as Inbox, Sent, and Spam are used for fixed email categories.
  2. These system folders cannot be deleted.
  3. If you need more organization, create a custom folder or use labels.

Does deleting a custom folder also delete the emails inside it?

  1. Before deleting a custom folder, confirm whether the messages inside still need to be kept.
  2. When a folder is deleted, the email data inside that folder is affected as well.
  3. Move important messages first, then delete the folder.

Why can’t I see My Folders or Labels?

  1. First confirm that you are on the Mail home page instead of another WPS component page.
  2. Check whether the left sidebar is fully expanded.
  3. If the sections still do not appear, confirm that your email account is signed in and synced.
