How-to Guide

1. View aggregated folders in All Email Accounts

Entry path: Mailbox page → Left sidebar → All Email Accounts

  1. Open WPS Mail and go to the mailbox page.
  2. Confirm that multiple email accounts are already linked.
  3. In the left sidebar, find the All Email Accounts category.
  4. Expand All Email Accounts to view aggregated folders such as Inbox, Unread, Starred, Drafts, Sent, and Archive.

Success Criteria

  • The All Email Accounts category appears in the left sidebar.
  • Multiple aggregated folders are visible after the category is expanded.
  • Opening one aggregated folder shows messages from more than one linked account.

Tips While Using

  • The All Email Accounts category appears only when multiple email accounts are linked.
  • If you do not see it, check how many accounts are linked or review the related display setting.

2. Check message counts in aggregated folders

Entry path: Mailbox page → Left sidebar → Aggregated folders under All Email Accounts

  1. Expand All Email Accounts in the left sidebar.
  2. Review folders such as Inbox, Unread, Starred, Drafts, Sent, or Archive.
  3. Check the number shown on the right side of each folder.
  4. Click a folder when needed to open the aggregated message list for that category.

Success Criteria

  • Each aggregated folder shows a message count on the right.
  • Clicking a folder opens the aggregated message list for that category.

Tips While Using

  • The number beside a folder represents the total messages in that category across linked accounts.
  • Message counts can change with mailbox sync status, so keep the network connection available.

3. Turn the All Email Accounts category on or off

Entry path: Mailbox settings → General settings

  1. Open WPS Mail settings.
  2. Go to General settings.
  3. Find the setting related to showing the All Email Accounts category.
  4. Turn the category on or off as needed.
  5. Return to the mailbox page and confirm that the sidebar display has updated.

Success Criteria

  • After the setting is changed, the All Email Accounts category in the left sidebar changes its display state.
  • When it is turned off, mailbox folders are shown by account; when it is turned on, the aggregated category appears again.

Tips While Using

  • Turning off the aggregated category does not remove access to each mailbox account.
  • If the interface does not update right away, reopen the mailbox page and check again.
