How-to Guide
1. Open the Data Sync page
Entry path: Mail Settings → Mail Tools → Data Sync
- Open WPS Mail.
- Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner and open Mail Settings.
- In the left navigation pane, select Mail Tools.
- Open the Data Sync section.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the Import PST Files button.
- Next action available: You can continue to choose local files and start an import.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in the Data Sync section, the import entry may not appear.
2. Upload and select PST files
Entry path: Data Sync → Import PST Files
- Click Import PST Files.
- Select the .pst files you want to import from a local path.
- You can also drag .pst files directly into the upload area.
- If needed, select multiple files for batch processing.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected .pst files appear in the upload list.
- Next action available: You can continue to choose the import destination.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If a file is being used by another mail app, it may not be processed normally.
- Environment note: You can upload up to 20 files at one time, so larger jobs are easier to handle in batches.
3. Choose the import destination and start importing
Entry path: Upload list → Import settings
- In the import window, choose the mailbox address or cloud destination for the imported mail.
- Confirm that the selected files and destination are correct.
- Click Import.
- Wait for the upload to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The import task finishes and the mail content appears in the selected destination.
- Next action available: You can review the imported mail in the corresponding mailbox or cloud location.
